Weekly all-inclusive rates for 2010 & 2011 seasons:
We have now started taking bookings for the 2011 season and suggest guests book early if they have particular dates in mind
for next year.
La Casetta (the cottage)
780 Euro all-inclusive for up to four people (or 700 Euro if there are just two
of you) with a high season charge of 90 Euro in June, July & August.

La Pieve (the chapel)
550 Euro with an extra high season charge of 80 Euro from June 5 to
August 28, all-inclusive for up to two people.

For Christmas & New Year availability for both La Casetta and La Pieve please contact us.
The price covers everything, including cleaning at the end of your stay.
We do not ask for any “security deposit”, preferring to trust that guests will not trash the furniture.
We offer free wireless or wired 2MB broadband access in both La Casetta and La Pieve.
Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and freezer in the main house at any time and borrow CD’s and books from our extensive library.
Prices are for a maximum of four people in La Casetta and two people in La Pieve. We take bookings for periods of seven nights from Saturday
afternoon to Saturday morning.
How to book:
Take a look at our availability charts (see links above). If there are any
dates for La Casetta or La Pieve that might suit you, please contact us by email at mail@le-marche.com or telephone us on +39 0721 790215 to
confirm that the dates are still free. We take bookings for periods of one week from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning.
We will hold your dates provisionally while we e-mail you our booking form to be signed and returned. We ask for a non-returnable deposit
payment of 25% of the total Euro rental due. This can be paid with a credit card payment through PayPal, a Euro, GB Sterling or US, Canadian, or Australian dollar personal cheque, or a bank transfer.
When we receive the completed form and your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation of your booking by e-mail together with details of the
balance in Euro payable when you’re here.
